I had to pleasure of trying Indi's wings for the very first time today. It was a huge bulk order. I was co-hostess for a baby shower and the other lady decided to get wings from here. Wow! I was super impressed. I say all of this and hold these wings up on a pedestal because I am NOT a fan of wings at all. Especially, bone in wings.
However, these were fried to perfection and so moist and tender. I raved about them to my husband later and told him I would love to go myself and eat some more since I was unable to eat many as a hostess of a party.
I cannot wait till our trip here to get some of these tasty wings. I can definitely see why there are so many good reviews here. -

For so long, I've heard people rave about Indi's chicken, and I've had a few wings at a party once but not enough to make my own true opinion about the joint. So, I decided to take my partner on a fried chicken date since I knew he loved the place.
We arrived on a Friday evening about 5:30 or so, which was right when the dinner rush was approaching. There were a few people in line, but it seemed to move quickly as folks knew what they wanted almost instinctively. I had heard about the glass window used to separate the kitchen from from the patrons, but that didn't scare or weird me out. I did find it interesting that they had headsets and could hear everything so clearly from outside.
I was trying to compare this place to another chicken joint. So, I ordered a spicy two piece with broccoli casserole and potato wedges. Starting with the chicken, it just didn't impress me much. They were supposed to be spicy, but they really weren't, and the skin was not crunchy. The meat was average at best. I would've been complacent with just having sides as the wedges were crunchy and savory with just the right amount of spice, and the broccoli casserole was BOMB! It was so good, that I briefly forgot about the chicken, but I can't rate a chicken joint on the sides alone. It mostly has to come from the chicken, which just wasn't there for me.
Overall, I'd take my man back because I know he loves the place, but I won't be making any stops there for me alone anytime soon. -

If you can get by the staff hiding behind bulletproof glass. This place has the best wings and potato wedges in town. The side dishes and cobblers are also spot on. Never had a bad meal here.

Food is great, but I give their friendliness a ZERO. They need to keep unfriendly employees in the back/away from taking orders or just replace them. That's all I have to say about this place.

After listening to people speak highly of this place I decided to check it out for myself. The place turned out to be nothing special. The food quality is on par for the price point but nothing sticks out to where I would drive out my way to patronize. What really sticks in your mind is how cold an impersonal the restaurant is. The staff was friendly and professional but the are liked behind a glass wall and speak to you through a speaker system. Makes you feel like you are utilizing the drive through even when inside.
